    Can I make changes after my order is placed?

    Due to high demand all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, modified or changed once they are placed. Please ensure all info is correct before placing your order.


    POLICY: Processing time is different from shipping time. Everything is made to order. Processing time is 2 to 4 days and shipping time is 3 to 5 days. No last minute orders. Please make sure you place your orders in a reasonable time frame for events, we are not responsible for any orders that doesn't get shipped to you in a certain time frame There are absolutely no refunds or exchange all sales are final.

    SHIPPING: Make sure to add apartment numbers and/or suite numbers for easier shipping. Shipping can take up to 3-5 days. All shipping information will be sent via email.
